Purchased an Audi A3 from Donnelly group in Mallusk, dealt with Jonathan for the sale. Collection was September 4th. Drove vehicle to south, delighted with car. Unfortunately it developed a serious electrical system fault within 6 days. As vehicle is still under warranty, made contact with Jonathan to inform him of issues. Vehicle went to Audi dealership for repairs, which came to hefty bill. Jonathan was excellent for contact and management of repairs bill. Brought my car up for my second year servicing and as usual staff were warm and welcoming if your looking for a good deal see Pierce James McMahon he really knows his stuff and is very friendly and welcoming as is all the staff at donnelys but Pierce is the guy you should ask for will be a customer for life because of my experience with them
I have had a very mixed experience of Donnelly Bros Mallusk. On collection day of my car there was a front car seat mat for the drivers side missing that was not missing when viewing or taking the car for a test drive. Salesman David Webster who I dealt with assured me he would personally post down a new set of mats which he didn't. He never replied to my emails about the mats either.
