Brought my car up for my second year servicing and as usual staff were warm and welcoming if your looking for a good deal see Pierce James McMahon he really knows his stuff and is very friendly and welcoming as is all the staff at donnelys but Pierce is the guy you should ask for will be a customer for life because of my experience with them
I have had a very mixed experience of Donnelly Bros Mallusk. On collection day of my car there was a front car seat mat for the drivers side missing that was not missing when viewing or taking the car for a test drive. Salesman David Webster who I dealt with assured me he would personally post down a new set of mats which he didn't. He never replied to my emails about the mats either.
