Plenty of other options.... don't call Donnelly We scheduled an appt with Donnelly's to fix a dishwasher -- which of course broke 3 days before we were hosting 80 people for a holiday party. We agreed to the Friday afternoon appt, between 12-5. I told Michelle, who scheduled the appt, that someone would definitely be there but just call ahead to let us know that they were coming -- as it would be a busy afternoon. I really like these people. Very businesslike, the repair people are nicely groomed and friendly. You can tell they've been around awhile as they seem to diagnose problems quickly and accurately the first time. You won't go wrong. Don't be put off by the brisk manner of those who answer the phones -- they are just hurrying to get your problem solved. pac
