Not impressed at all!! Spent so much money and they are not friendly and my pool hasn’t cleared up at all an we have done exactly what they told us to do!! Come in and they don’t act like they don’t want to help you! And tell you to buy so much product it’s insain! I will be goin somewhere else.. I wanted to support local but when I don’t get support and pay a lot of money I will do elsewhere!

Last night we came home after a 2 week vacation to find a reddish brown pool!! Our first call this morning was to Dallas at Donna's Pool and Patio. She asked for pictures and sent someone right over to grab a water sample and take a look. Brandon then called and said he was on the phone with a chemist and was working on a solution. Donna's pool care is awesome! They were very helpful. I could not believe how knowledgeable they were with their products and made the buying experience super easy and fun. They got the order in right away and kept us updated on the shipping date and process. Can't wait until we are enjoying so many nights in our new Viking hot tub. Tonight is night is number one of many more. Come on football season!
