Lost any business I would have ever pointed that way! Disabled vet on my way to work attempting to make ends meet, broke down could barely get the car off the road and into there parking lot I had no pen to write a note or anything. However, as soon as I got to work and on my very first break I called to let them know what was going on and that I would be there to move it.
