The best florist in Loudoun County! If your wife works in Loudoun County schools, this is the place that I would recommend to ensure your flowers are delivered before the school day ends! And according my wife and those she works with, the arrangements are always stunning!
If anyone can read this, please DO NOT choose this florist. I ordered flowers from Blooms Monday and they contacted this store to deliver flowers to my wife who is a school teacher. The flowers were delived on a Tuesday after my wife left work. There was a mix up between Blooms and this florist. Instead of them working it out this florist came to my wife's school on Wednesday morning, in front of students, co-workers and her supervisor and took the flowers BACK! My mother attempted to have flowers delivered to my office from Donna's. There was no one available at my location when they attempted to deliver the flowers, and after 2 days, no one had called my mother to tell her they were not able to deliver. Nor had anyone from Donna's made their delivery attempts known to my office. No calls, no notes left. When my mother called them, they (the manager) asked how they could make it right.
