Horrible customer service one blond hair Jamaican woman very rude if you ever go to this location the food is great but when you go somewhere and you feel not welcomed and disrespected it throws everything off you no longer want to spend your money
I went to the store at 5967 West Oakland Park Blvd. today to get some porridge. They were out of porridge at 11:00 A.M. I didn't frown, but asked for a fried chicken lunch instead. The server asked if I wanted some "fried chicken gravy" on the rice. I'm almost 70 years old, and I've NEVER heard of fried chicken gravy. I asked for a different type of gravy, and was charged a dollar for it. It was bad enough, a small fried chicken meal "two pieces of chicken", one being a wing, with white rice, cost me $11.99, but to charge me... read more
