I was having an issue ordering a personalized plate through the DMV website. Word to the wise, do not try to order a personalized plate at the same time you order your registration renewal. The DMV system will put your personalized plate on an indefinite hold, at least in their system. After two calls to the DMV, they said I was out of luck. Coming from New Jersey, where the average DMV experience consists of waiting in line for 4 hrs only to be sent home because you forgot your 4th grade report card, Donna's Title is an amazing relief. Both times I went there, was in and out in 10 mins and was able to take care of everything I needed. Thank You!
They dont know what they doing. Was told to bring in car to verify idk, I rent trailer and bring car, and she called me lier, and made up excuses why I can't do the title , waste of time, need more training Arturo Serrano
