I took a class with Donna while visiting Mesquite and I loved Donna from the get go. She is super knowledgable and met my body where it was that day. I have some injuries and she was helpful, and encouraging. I learned a few new things about my Pilates Practice. Check out her classes for sure

Donna is a superb instructor in part because she has a thorough understanding of each individual body and what it needs to function at its best. Her workouts are genuinely individualized and adjusted. Her top focus, though, is always giving you the sense that you are strong, flexible, and completely at home in your physical self.
