I was not satisfied with the overall performance of this physician concerning the following:interaction level e.g. responding to my concerns and health issues....a very "strained experience"; lack of informing me about my treatment options; poor follow-up....not a good experience overall.
Dr. Donna is so easy to talk to and always willing to listen! She makes you feel very comfortable!
I love Dr. Wagstaff!! Having worked for her for over 3 years and being her patient has been a great experience!! She will take the time to listen to you and explains things in a way anyone can understand. I have already referred 3 of my friends to her who all love her as well!
I have been going to Dr.Wagstaff for a few years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. The wait time is usually under ten minutes. When I leave a message on the portal I always receive a quick response.
I would not recommend Dr. Wagstaff to anyone. My sister is severely disabled, but is able to have an active healthy life as long as she has her patient sit-stand lift to help get her into her electric wheelchair. My sister's lift broke on March 13, 2018 and has not been able to get out of bed because Dr. Wagstaff will not approve an order to the Insurance Company to allow them to replace her sit-stand power lift. To date my sister is still unnecessarily bedridden because of Dr. Wagstaff!
