Donna helped us find our dream home! Donna was amazing through a tough selling process. It wasn’t a great market but she guided us through it quite well. Then, when we found a buyer, she helped us to settle on a mutually agreeable price and conditions. Finally when it came time to sign things over, the title company we chose to use to sign over the house was hacked. Donna pulled out all the stops and set us up at a new title company so that we could finish things up. Very supportive, positive and dedicated.
Donna Voss was very helpful in guiding us through the entire home sale process. In addition to handling many/most of the technical items herself, she was extraordinarily patient with all of our questions and was super at keeping us informed all along the way. To top it off, whenever something unexpected happened (like the title company shutting down due to a computer hack) she was extremely helpful in helping us get to a successful outcome.
