Dr. Donna Benford is a very good Doctor but is no longer providing direct information to her patients about has her staff contact patients with important information which often is not communicated properly. The office staff are often rude and don't take care of Insurance referrals and prescriptions in a timely manner. Often the office doesn't get faxes sent out or receive them. I love Dr. Beford. She is a so sweet, down to earth, very helpful if I have questions, makes me feel comfortable the moment I see her.She has pinned my dagnosis straight up each time I've had to go in. She has never steered me wrong and everyone I know that sees her feels the same way. I was referred to her by a friend and am so glad I switched to her. Her staff is very helpful as well. Dr.. Benford is an OUTSTANDING doctor. Explains everything very thoroughly so you understand. Never have to wait in office. Is very concerned with prevention. Also, is very thorough with diagnosis - wants to be sure all aspects/tests are done to insure proper diagnosis. I would recommend her to everyone!
More interested in what she can get the insurance to pay per visit, than what is happening with me at the time of each appointment!! Not remembering what my medical history was each and every time I went to her! Had to reminder her!!
