Since I have been going to Donna-Rose Fitness wow what a difference it has made to my wellbeing and life since I retired great company and the encouragement I get from Donna,I would recommend this fitness,it's great fun and good mentally and physically, give it a go

Donna-Rose Fitness in Wichelstowe is fantastic! I’ve been attending the sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, and they’re such a highlight of my week. I’ve been going to Donna’s classes for nearly two years now and really enjoy them! Each class is different so you get a variety of exercises. Donna is very welcoming and supportive during the classes. It’s a lovely group of people everyone is really friendly. I always look forward to classes and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to keep fit!
