They were super easy to work with, showed up on time, were super polite (the lady I texted and the ones the came to clean) and did a great job! They also weren’t perturbed by my giant dog that looks serious but is super sweet. Will definitely book again.
My first clean was excellent which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Tried to book that specific cleaner again but was told she no longer works for the company. The second and third clean were pretty good as well but not necessarily great; the owner asked if i was happy with one of the cleans and i told her the kitchen floor was left I cleaned and she never responded. I hired this woman based on her “stellar” reviews, however, I was completely unimpressed, dissatisfied, and cancelled after two cleanings. She and her partner “cleaned” a 2,400 sq ft home in ONE HOUR. There is no way in the world you can thoroughly clean this amount of space in that amount of time. Our house typically takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours with two ppl cleaning. I pointed out a laundry list of things she didn’t clean.
