Finding Donna has been life changing for me as a patient. She was incredibly compassionate, patient, and spent an hour with me going over a med check my first time meeting her. She took so much time listening to me, and it felt so validating to truly be listened to and not feel like rushed out. I’ve excitedly been recommending her to my friends because it’s high time for a medical care giver like Ms. Donna. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, Donna is exactly rhetorical provider I’ve been searching for.
Very dismissive, horrible bed side manners, and didn’t listen to patient concerns. Very rude to me when I was translating for my father and addressing his concerns to her. As if she had better things to do with her time. Didn’t offer alternatives and try to meet the patient and compromise when it came to concerns. I would not recommend her at all.
