Dr. Thompson is kind and listens to my concerns. I am thankful to have her oversee my primary care!
I have been going to SBMG since 2005 and I have been through 3 Dr.'s there only because two of them retired. I know have Dr. Thompson. I love her and she's very good. She listens and is fast and I have never had a problem getting referrals or anything that I have needed. I'm not fond of the new Optum Care instead of SBMG though however, I know thats not her problem.
We came to this place in June 2022, They gave us an appointment for July, then they rescheduled for August, we came today August 3, and they told us that we been rescheduled for October 9 and they not even notified us, THIS PLACE SUCKS, they just waist your time and money, DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE otherwise you'll be so upset.
Just awful. Signed up with the Medical Group. Called to get an appointment as I have cancer. The appointment woman was so mean and nasty. She told me that her first appt is 3 months away! She told me "Take it or leave it" .These people could care less if I die tomorrow. What kind of show are they running? Needless to say I will change doctors right away!
I was fortunate enough to be under the care of this exceptional Doctor many years ago. She was professional, kind and very skilled. She was a very good listener. It has been many years since I have seen her but today, I was remembering how patient and respectful she was when I was struggling through a difficult time. I have moved out of state but her good heart and excellent care will always be remembered. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a Doctor.
