Very kind, direct, honest, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Amstutz is a gifted and amazing therapist. She listens and helps guide you as you do the hard work of healing and rebuilding. She asks questions in a way that helps you own the control you have over your life and think through the mindset you are wanting to grow out of and change. I have been to see Donna for both family and personal issues and would definitely recommend her.
Head to the Couples Clinic for evidence based, knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful marriage counseling. Go to this woman if you want polar opposite.
Dr. Amstutz is a compassionate and extremely knowledgeable therapist. She genuinely seeks to help clients live a more authentic and healthier life. Her honest and straightforward approach really builds trust and helped me to commit and engage in the hard work of therapy. I was a long term client with many complexities, all of which she addressed with skill and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Amstutz to anyone who is serious about therapy and the desire to work to achieve one's goals.
My experience over the last 2 years with Donna amstutz have been wonderful. She is brutally honest and helps you decifer what is most important in life.
