I had a phenomenal experience with Donna Prescott. The booking process was seamless, and the appointment itself exceeded my expectations. I arrived on time, though my hair was not blown out prior to the appointment (which I would recommend clients do in advance). Donna is fantastic, so personable, knowledgeable, talented, and always leveling up when it comes to the latest hairstyles. She always makes me feel like Queen, like a valued customer, and has brought my natural curls, length and thickness back to my hair. Brought my edges back too! My hair is the healthiest it has been. And she’s old school in the sense that she washes your hair too!! I’m so glad I found her. I feel like a valued customer. She’s truly the best!

I’ve gotten a silk press, sew-in, color, and even Microlinks from her—and every single time, she snaps. I’ve also used her extensions in Kinky Straight and Body Wave, and the quality is 🔥. Blends perfectly and lasts. She really knows what she’s doing. I always leave feeling like that girl. Period.
