Ms.Bixbe at first tells you how important you are to her as patient, but then once she has you there, she doesn't answer your calls, return your calls and no longer sees you. She even changes her phone number. She was seeing my daughter and it depended on her (the counselor) on whether my daughter got on the list for a kidney transplant, she stopped answering our calls, changed her number.
