My experience with Donna was such a positive one. She really spent a lot of time with me to establish what I wanted to achieve from the hypnosis session. Donna made me feel very comfortable and reassured in my decision to try this therapy. I left feeling very empowered mentally, physically, and spiritually. Donna truly has a gift and a desire to help. I am so glad I met her and grateful for the experience.

My hypnotherapy session with Donna Nowak was absolutely amazing! This was the first time I had ever tried hypnotherapy. She did a great job explaining the process and answering my questions before we got started. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I called my mom after my session and she said I sounded like a new person. I walked out of her office feeling a lot better than I did when I went in!

I couldn't recommend Donna's service enough. I had no other options left when I went to see her, and truly I didn't expect anything from it. After more than a decade of depression and anxiety, I was reaching a point I knew I wasn't going to come back from. I had a deadline I had given myself to get better, and I wasn't meeting it.
