My hypnotherapy session with Donna Nowak was absolutely amazing! This was the first time I had ever tried hypnotherapy. She did a great job explaining the process and answering my questions before we got started. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I called my mom after my session and she said I sounded like a new person. I walked out of her office feeling a lot better than I did when I went in!
I couldn't recommend Donna's service enough. I had no other options left when I went to see her, and truly I didn't expect anything from it. I had the pleasure of having a session with Donna this past January. it was my first time ever receiving Hypnotherapy. I personally went to help with my over thinking and biting and picking at my cuticles when I get anxious/nervous. Donna was super welcoming and instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
