Great place to live for the rent amount! I lived at Donna Manor for roughly 4 years. Emelia is wonderful and happy to help however she can. Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix whatever issue comes up. Cons include: smokers hang out near the parking areas so you’re going to smell it a lot, pool hours are limited, smells and sounds travel between apartments, if your apartment only has one A/C unit it can be hard to keep cool in the summertime (but I think most have 2 now). Overall though I enjoyed living here.
I have lived at Donna Manor for a long time and have had nothing but a great experience. It is quite affordable compared to other apartments around. The office manager Emmy and Kristen have always been so helpful and easy to get ahold of. You can tell they cares about their job and the residents who live here. The maintenance staff have always fixed issues I have had very quickly. They have always been so professional and friendly. The online portal makes it super easy to request maintenance repairs as well as pay your rent.... read more
