This is such a great, peaceful place to live. I would give it more stars if I could.. The location is amazing as it has quick access to the freeway which makes commutes and downtown easy. They also have storage sheds that you can get at an affordable price. The apartments are very spacious, clean, updated and are at an affordable price. The rental agreements are stressfree and renewed with ease. They are open and upfront about their pet, water and garbage fees, there is nothinng hidden. I’ll change this to 5 stars if you can keep the hot tub open, it seems to be closed far more than not and it’s irritating as hell.

Great place to live for the rent amount! I lived at Donna Manor for roughly 4 years. Emelia is wonderful and happy to help however she can. Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix whatever issue comes up. Cons include: smokers hang out near the parking areas so you’re going to smell it a lot, pool hours are limited, smells and sounds travel between apartments, if your apartment only has one A/C unit it can be hard to keep cool in the summertime (but I think most have 2 now). Overall though I enjoyed living here.
