This is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for about a year and a half - zero complaints. Emelia is very kind, helpful, and she’s very good about communicating with tenants. Maintenance is very kind, responsive, and helpful as well!

� lived there for a year and a half and loved it. safe area, older property but kept up pretty well. Emilia in the office is great! She’s not there at all of the M-F hours though. Pool is lovely, hot tub was mostly closed but nice when it’s working. Maintenance also available only M-F, not usually available on weekends even for emergencies unfortunately. Very affordable and clean for the most part

This is such a great, peaceful place to live. I would give it more stars if I could.. The location is amazing as it has quick access to the freeway which makes commutes and downtown easy. They also have storage sheds that you can get at an affordable price. The apartments are very spacious, clean, updated and are at an affordable price. The rental agreements are stressfree and renewed with ease. They are open and upfront about their pet, water and garbage fees, there is nothinng hidden. I’ll change this to 5 stars if you can keep the hot tub open, it seems to be closed far more than not and it’s irritating as hell.
