Decent bar when there is no band. The mix of people is intriguing and the service is average which is to be expected. The decor is lacking but I'm not judging and it is a dive bar so who really cares. The kicker is that they have free foosball which is why I ever came in the first place. This is also the reason I keep going back and beers are cheap enough. The bands are always too loud and obnoxious but I can't stand metal anyways. 7/10

I've been to Donna Jean's several times now and I definitely prefer it over The Dirty Pelican. Casual, unassuming and non-judgemental. When I walk in here, no one is staring me over and making me uncomfortable and I see a very normal mix of people who are out for their harmless late night drunken debauchery. Karaoke isn't over crowded. ONLY downside is no Michelob Ultra on tap despite having multiple signs all over the place. Still, they get a 3 all around! Libations is an extremely warm and friendly neighborhood bar. Cheers comes to mind when I stop in after work when I get the friendly welcome from the bartenders and patrons as well. They also have great live and local bands on the weekends. Stop by and say hello to DJ and her crew, you will not be sorry!!!
