This is update in 2026 year. I have been to here several times. At last I decided to try another office. Because all other staff are always rude and bad organize . Always long waiting time for me but not for others, which let me feel discriminated. I love the doctor but hate her staff. I recommend Dr. Ingram. Not sure how front desk and assistant work now. ———- Ingram医生很负责，细心，热情。强烈推荐！！
Embarrassingly bad reliance on cheap, crappy, broken, AI for scheduling and God only knows what else. No responsibility to her patients for her mistakes. Must be great to be Donna Ingram. Hell no.
I think dr Ingram is a terrific dr. She is a problem solver and does not dismiss her patients and always tries to make suggestions on tricky medical issues.
