Donna Fleming and her daughter Lisa Fleming are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I do not recommend you take your business here. I have been with this agent for almost 20 years and have experienced nothing but disrespect, neglect, lack of communication and overall just rude. Any time I have issues, they never respond to voicemail or email and never just answer the phone to take your call.
