Dr. Eversley is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She truly cares about her patients and always listens to me.
I love Dr Eversley, but over the past several months ,I have had ignored messages, un-return phone calls, not just from her but her office manager and let me not talk about my last visit 🤦♀️and the last phone call with the phone service they are using, but very unprofessional and disrespectful is an understatement
Dr Eversley is amazing. She is genuinely concerned with your overall health and well being. She is a great listener, compassionate and an intelligent doctor who allows questions and will spend the time with you that you need. She will give you tough love when needed. She will celebrate your successes and support and redirect you when you fail. So grateful to have her in our life!
They do not answer the phone or follow up with necessary information.Doctor Eversly is great but the office is sub par and does not do what is needes
Dr. Eversley is an amazing provider and takes the time to listen/care for her patients. However, calling in to make an appointment is a nightmare. Once they answer (if they do) they put you on hold, an I’ve been hung up on 4 times being on hold. The receptionist deisonae (not sure if spelled correctly ) is rude and seems bothered by addressing calls which is unpleasant (not the first time). Mind you, not all staff here is rude.
