Been with them for about 9 years not sure why. Unlike Chicago, when we have an accident claim, not very helpful. They expect us to do the legwork. When I try reaching them for my annual review, I get no response. Called at least 3 times and all 3 times they failed to return my call. Just plain lazy. Oh, and my rates keep shooting up, even though I have a clean history, without any explanation. Shop around guys.
This office is the best. They made sure I had coverage for what I needed, they took the time to talk to me. I moved here from Colorado and they transferred my policies and helped me get my husband's contractors policy straightened out. It was complicated but Donna took the time to explain everything. She is in the office every time I call and has a very hands on approach to her business.
