To anybody buying, selling or renting properties. I live in Sydney and own a few investment properties that I have never seen. One of these was managed for many years by Donna Cahill, Cairns Property, 14/6 Charlotte Cl, Woree QLD 4868. My tenants moved out weeks ago and I never received a vacate report. I have just sold the unit.
