To anybody buying, selling or renting properties. I live in Sydney and own a few investment properties that I have never seen. One of these was managed for many years by Donna Cahill, Cairns Property, 14/6 Charlotte Cl, Woree QLD 4868. My tenants moved out weeks ago and I never received a vacate report. I have just sold the unit. Donna and her team have been managing my property for around ten years and they have always been professional, efficient and timely. Donna has selected excellent tenants and people to take care of the property when things needed repair etc. I know that Donna and her team are taking care of me, my house and the tenants.
