One of the worst doctors I have encountered in a long time. My primary care doctor was booked out, but Dr. Williams had an opening within a couple days. I waited over an hour to be seen, and it was a complete waste of time. I have an extensive medical history and illnesses, yet she dismissed every concern I had. I had to fight to even get a referral to gastroenterology. For my other concerns she told me to stretch, take pepcid, and think positively. Reasons she is a horrible doctor. 1) she doesn’t review your chart before appointment so she doesn’t know who you are or your health condition and you have to repeat yourself because she doesn’t listen. 2) No empathy for patients with chronic pain. 3) speaks to you condescending and rudely. 4) this office doesn’t answer or return calls at all. 5) she lies in your medical chart and states she went over several things during appointment but did not at all. In conclusion, whatever you do, do not go to this doctor.
