Reasons she is a horrible doctor. 1) she doesn’t review your chart before appointment so she doesn’t know who you are or your health condition and you have to repeat yourself because she doesn’t listen. 2) No empathy for patients with chronic pain. 3) speaks to you condescending and rudely. 4) this office doesn’t answer or return calls at all. 5) she lies in your medical chart and states she went over several things during appointment but did not at all. In conclusion, whatever you do, do not go to this doctor.

I have had the best experience when it comes to Dr. Williams. She keeps it real and gives you a solid plan to prioritize your health, first! If you want a doctor that will give you the facts and reality of a situation. Dr. William's is the doctor to go to.
I am experiencing a similar situation with Dr. Donna Williams as the previous poster. I have a prescription needing a refill and have been trying for over a week. Finally, I was told that I need an appointment to get a refill. This is the first I am hearing about needing an appointment and was never informed that I would need to see her to continue with my medication.
