Everyone has their own expectations and experiences. From the bottom of my heart if you are a sensitive person, you are intuitive and you know deep down… this might not be the hospital for you and your expected child. Trust your heart and find another place. I would not recommend it to anyone. Just had my baby a few days ago and can’t stop thinking about how traumatic, sad and heartbreaking my labor and postpartum recovery experience became. You should not go through that. Finally this is not a hateful review. I’ll be sorry ... read more

I think all reviews are based of experiences and mine was just the best with all the nurses, doctors and pcas, thanks to Julia,KAYLA!!!,Vivian,JANINI!!!, Heidi!!!,Alyssa, and so much more that I’m forgetting, the love, patience and dedication that this ladies have it’s just beautiful. Food it’s fine, Furniture and accommodation are also fine. Everything overall was amazing, but everything without all of them wouldn’t be possible. Thank you so much!

We’re incredibly grateful to Dr MaryAnn Khoudary, Dr Elisa Park, Dr Nur Mirza and the entire team at Hackensack Meridian Health for the exceptional care during my wife’s emergency surgery. Dr. Khoudary and the team handled everything with calm confidence and genuine compassion. At one point they even reassured me and told me to go grab a coffee while they took care of everything. That level of care meant so much during a stressful moment. We truly felt we were in the best hands. Thank you SO MUCH for taking such wonderful ca... read more

Just had my first child at Hackensack University Medical Center Women’s Hospital and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me through the experience. All 3 of the nurses I had guide me through my induction and labor (Lisa W., Anne and Kathleen) were INCREDIBLY supportive, warm, and encouraging, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and how it assisted in the induction process. They truly went above and beyond for me and my partner at every step of the way, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the am... read more

This review is specifically about the NICU. What I witnessed and experienced here was extremely concerning and absolutely unacceptable for a unit caring for fragile newborns. There is a serious issue with how certain staff are treated. They pick and choose who they target, especially minority employees. People of color are often written up or pushed out for the smallest things, while others who make far worse mistakes are protected. The environment is uncomfortable, unbalanced, and honestly unsafe for anyone who is quiet, ti... read more
