I went in to have an area looked at on my face. I explained that it looks just like the last one, just bigger and it hurts. So, they did a biopsy of the area. They numb the area, and waited a minute, more numb stuff, then she said can you feel this..yep..so she used the rest, soni did not feel nothing. I go back in two weeks. Sorry if others had bad experience. I happen to like them.

I DO NOT recommend this place if you have Alopecia Areata disease!
