Can’t say I’m impressed with my initial experience. Made an appointment a week and a half in advance for a 9am appt, for a resonator delete. I arrived before 9, only to wait for the apprentice to open the doors at 9:10, then to be told the welder wouldn’t be in until 10am. As a customer with an appointment, I can’t understand why you would make an appointment with no technicians available to complete a job? Very poor first impression. Had to leave as I also have appointments and a schedule to keep.
We had our shop truck serviced with zack due to wiring issues. He went above and beyond, kept us updated and had the issue corrected in record time. Thank you again for the great service. Will definitely be back.
