My experience with Donlon has been 10/10. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly, admin staff is competent and efficient. Cannot say enough good things about them. I called roto-rooter for a semi-emergency one weekend. Got quoted $1,600. Donlon did it for $250. Two lessons: 1. Roto Rooter (Vicente Oropeza, specifically) is a joke. 2. Donlon is an honest group that does quality work.

Called for an estimate on price for repair because I had a leak in a pipe going under my slab concrete foundation. They said they'd have someone that day between 11:00 and 1:00. He came at 12:45, looked at the water coming out of cement where the pipe went under the foundation, went to his van to make a call, then came back and said I'd need to call a leak detection company, and that I needed to pay $75 for the service call. Had an estimate done and booked an appointment. Crew showed up and abandoned the job with little to no explanation leaving me in a bind. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend.
