I had a leak in my hot tub pipes and I contacted this company for a repair because a friend recommended them. What a mistake. I agreed to their $160 service fee, and having given them the model # and a video of the leak location, I expected them to show up and fix it. Instead, their “expert” simply left a bottle of Fix-A-Leak with instructions to fix it myself. Guess what, it didn’t work.
