One star is too much. The service used to be good, but this February, we called as our hot tub lost power, and we were not sure why. They sent someone who said that it may be a fuse. The repair guy said that he would return the next day with a fuse. Next day comes around, no news. We call end of day Wednesday and states he did not find a fuses. Following day, he could not come buy because of a snow storm. Friday, no news. We call him and he tells us he has no time and will refer us to another company. The other company never... read more
