I had a leak in my hot tub pipes and I contacted this company for a repair because a friend recommended them. What a mistake. I agreed to their $160 service fee, and having given them the model # and a video of the leak location, I expected them to show up and fix it. Instead, their “expert” simply left a bottle of Fix-A-Leak with instructions to fix it myself. Guess what, it didn’t work. Highly knowledgeable, excellent customer service, honest and trustworthy!!! I really appreciate Drew for his suggestion about the pool maintenance and willingness to help. I strongly recommend Donley’s pool service!!!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service. We use them for bi-weekly pool maintenance and have been happy with the service to date. I also purchased an expensive pool cleaning device that didn't live up to my expectations and Drew went above an beyond to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
