I had a very complex issue concerning the replacement of my skimmer. They went out of their way to give me their best advise even after realising they had nothing to sell me with regard to my issue.
We were stuck to get a pool tech over to check out some hose leaks...so on a whim we thought we'd try Donley's. They managed to fit us in (it was late June which is prime time for pool service calls) - and they totally fixed all our pool issues and updated our old style hose connections with the latest products. We were blown away about how professional, knowledgeable and courteous Matthew and Rohan were. It was absolutely the best pool service we have had in over 20 years! We will be Donley's Pool customers from now on.
Amazing people and great service. I have been going for years for water testing and they are all very helpful, courteous and considerate. They never try to upsell you on anything. Thanks for the years of service, dedication and assistance.
