I called and he came and looked at the work and gave me an estimate of what he thought it would take and said he could start right away. About 15 minutes later he said he needed to come back another day and that he would call me later. My wife said, "He's not coming back." I messaged him and asked if he was coming the next Wednesday when he said he would and never received an answer, he never called and he never showed. He could've just told me he didn't want to do it.

You would be hard pressed to find a more professional or diligent electrical contractor than Neil. We have engaged his services for several projects, including a full remodel, and he has always been outstanding. Highly recommended!
