Funny, friendly, and knowledgeable folks. Had a few questions for the serviceman and he was great!! I will go back and buy a freezer soon!!
Great service
Purchased all new appliances from Donkers as I wanted to support a small town business. A microwave failed after a couple of months and they replaced it but now after only 9 months I have a refrigerator that does not work and they tell me they are unable to help and I need to go back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer makes it impossible to resolve so now I am forced to buy a new one on my own, which I will now do at a big box store to save money. Terrible customer service here and I wont be back.
My parents got and a washer and dryer and a fridge from them about a year ago and now the washer doesn't work the way it should and they don't fix them. Don't go here
