I’m not one to really write reviews often. But I had to for this place. I ordered this engagement ring and it was absolutely stunning. My new fiancé loved the ring was exactly what I ordered. And when I had concerns or questions the staff answered and helped me in any way they could even when we are in different provinces. Never spent that kind of money online before and it made me nervous but the product came out spectacular and the company was great 10/10
Great and fast service. Got everything I was promised, the true meaning of good business. I inquired for an estimate to get my platinum wedding band polished. I also wanted to know how long I have to leave the ring with them. They told me it’s 100$ and it’ll be ready in 24hrs. When I got there the guy told me my ring was heavily damaged, which made sense since I used to not remove it when bouldering and it had deep scratches.
