I experienced serious concerns with this provider’s care. My Benlysta was ✅️prescribed at half the appropriate dose, rendering treatment ineffective and worsening my lupus. My concerns were ✅️repeatedly dismissed; I identified the dosing error and obtained referrals myself. ✅️Diagnostic evaluation was delayed despite clear indications. I had my first Rheumatologist appointment as a new patient with Dr. Baker. She was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my condition. Dr. Baker also had the warmest bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Baker if you are in need of a Rheumatologist.
Donica took time out of her day to call me in a different hospital. I appreciate her offering prayers also. Im excited to feel better and appreciated her Christian heart. Thank you Doctor Baker. I get to go home.
She botched my health and lied in records. Put me on half the amount of IV medication I had before she started, leaving me w permanent and irreversible new symptoms. I was at my worst ever after her care. Couldn't drive to my appointment but she noted I was doing better instead of hearing me to cover her tracks. She ignored my need for Healthcare at home and left me extremely symptomatic. Clueless of lupus and benlista. She truly believed one could do better after a single does. Run. Was scheduled to see this provider to get established and had this appointment booked for months. 5 days before I was scheduled to see this provider on 7/14 I received an appointment reminder that stated I was seeing Dr. Ahmed instead. Called the main office for clarification and was informed that Dr. Baker was not taking new patients and "gave my appointment away" to Dr. Ahmed which is a brand new provider on staff.
