Front desk staff were gossiping and ignored visitors until they good and ready and then looked annoyed they had to work. Their unprofessional attitude thankfully is not common at Optum.
Dr. Kim is incredibly professional. He has a gentle and compassionate approach towards his patients. If most doctors had his temperament and attention to their patients, healthcare would be a different world entirely. Highly recommend.
