I waited a full year to see this Doctor and was so disappointed. His bedside matter needs work. Before the procedure, he did a poor job explaining what he’d be doing and what to expect. I did my best but started coughing/gagging and couldn’t finish it. All he did was yell at me to relax . I wish they would have given me a moment to calm down and re-try. What a waste of time.
I am very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Dong is extremely attentive and never rushes the appointment, unlike many other doctors. He takes the time to carefully listen to all concerns and acts promptly. If necessary, he immediately provides a referral for an X-ray, which shows his professionalism. It is clear that he has extensive experience and truly cares about the health of his patients.
There are some people that should never have become a Doctor and definitely. He is one of the worst experience In my entire medical experiences!!! If you are reading this please do not go there......
Please do not waste your time. I mean no hate to the doctor, he is elderly and I don't think he is a bad person, he may be straightforward and stoic but still not a bad person. That being said, he is also not a good doctor either I would even say, a really bad one, so as somebody who is always looking for reviews that can help me decide whether I should choose a place or a person or no. Please take the advice and find a better place.
I had a good experience with him. A long time ago. I've using a CPAP that have been helping me for many many years
