I had a very frustrating experience at Mr. Kim's office recently. There was an issue with my insurance because they were implanting a new system, and instead of it being an easy change, the receptionist was unhelpful and combative. She yelled at me and would aggressively talk over me, which made the entire experience incredibly stressful. Good customer service is crucial in any practice, especially in healthcare, and I hope Mr. Kim is aware of how poorly this staff member handled the situation. He seemed mad at me that I saw a different dentist while I was out of state. I have had severe jaw pain for 3 years. Sorry if that upset you so much. He just told me I need a mouth guard that is not covered by insurance. I knew this already, I just don't have the money and I just have to suffer in pain I guess. I think I was not actually assigned an appt time because this other lady was scheduled at exactly that time. He just stuck me in a 5 minute slot.
it was so painful for the cleaning. never had such a crazy rough and painful one. the doctor checked up so quick as he was rush to his lunch.
