Please do not go to this fish shop. They swapped and added on the dead fish to your shopping. I chose 20 of fresh Abalone, when they weighed it, I already asked staff “ why I bough the same last week in another shop, it was only 2.1kg but 3 kg today, please empty the water in the bag, I don’t want to pay for the water” she just said OK I also bought 2 small Salmon and a box of prawn,. Once bought calamari, cooked it and it tasted funny. Seems there was glue-like substance sticking to my teeth when I ate it. Not sure what happened to that calamari. it was cheaper than other shop, but dare not to go there again.
this fish market has good variety of fish and prices that are competitive with the other fish markets in the area. The staff are always friendly and it's their culture in selling that might offend one. all the same. I always return to this shop. WHY ????? FOR THE OYSTERS. FRESHLY SCHUCKED BY THE MAN. I TRAVEL 40 K TO BUY HIS OYSTERS. THE SOUTH PACIFIC ARE THE BEST. BEEN TO SYDNEY FISH MARKET. ITS OVERATED AND ALL OUTLETS THERE ARE THE SAME. OVERPRICED
