Avoid if you are looking for decent service. We had a hole in the floor of our 53 ft. dry van trailer. For 3 days they kept stringing us along telling us every day that they would get it in to give us an estimate. We finally decided to pull the trailer away from their shop on a Friday morning to try and get it repaired before the weekend. Luckily we found a nearby repair shop that got us in and out on that Friday afternoon. I highly recommend going to STS Truck & Utility Trailer in Syracuse.
