This is one of the best alteration experiences I've had. I went to another alteration site down the street and was quoted twice the price for the same service and the house smelled like dogs. Donette's house is clean and she is efficient in her work. Donette is very accomadating, I wouldn't go anywhere else in NWA for alterations.

Agreeable at the start but then initially refused to make the correction requested when the first attempt at a simple seam adjustment on a suit jacket was rippled. When pressed replied, "I don't have to do anything." Skip if you have men's alternations.

This lady has done a lot of alterations for me they have all been done just like I ask her to do them and have looked very professional I would recommend her to do any of your alterations. Also I would like to add her house is very clean and neat this is a big deal for me I went to one place I really do not want to leave my clothes. So if you are looking for reasonable price and great workmanship you should give her a call she is a great lady to visit with also and her little dog is precious.
