Has maintenance supervisor of a large MRO I rely on this vendor for superior customer service
horrible service, very dishonest and unreliable. They didn't show up until after waiting 4.5 hours on thursday, and then said they would be back the next day (friday) at 2pm to replace the AC motor. They never even showed up the next day! doesn't seem like a reputable business to treat customers like that. I understand service time windows, but to not even show up the next day to replace the AC motor after setting a 2pm time to be there without even a phone call. I am writing this review to warn others about my dreadful experience with DoneRite. In all honesty, if I could give them zero stars, I would. I initially contacted DoneRite because my AC unit was not cooling the apartment, and they were recommended by the building's management. I was unaware that I was on the brink of being deceived and subjected to excessive charges for what they claimed to be services.
