I am very pleased with this company. I was informed today that I have been a customer since census 2017. Has it really been that long? From the very first service call until now, they have always been reliable and affordable. Today they got me in sooner than expected and got the job (clogged toilet) done in less than 30 minutes! I needed a new sewer line. I invited two companies to bid on this project. The bid Done-Rite gave was about half the cost of the other bidder on this project, and they worked with me, showing me exactly where my current, messed up line was and what would be needed for the new line.
