Good advice about my pool water quality
Terrible. Lady at front desk was rude and it felt as if we were bothering her. Barely looked at us. Tested our water and entered the incorrect values 3 times before I had to write the number down for them to enter into the system. Told us to put a copper based algae remover in our pool (have since discovered it is a stain from red dirt, not algae) when it is a naked system (cannot have additional copper added). I purchased all my chemicals from Donemans When l took a part in for testing they Said l would have to pay a service fee of $35.00 which l was happy to pay thinking it would take a while to test . 4 minutes later they said they couldn’t fix it but still charged the full amount Sorry Donemans I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
