Went in a couple of times for some spare parts for my caravan. Susie helped me out both times and was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and had excellent customer service. The show room was packed with a great range of spare parts for all sorts of things and would be my first option if I needed anything in south west vic again. Thanks Susie!

Today I popped in to see if I could purchase a couple of Struts for my Caravan Windows. They didn't have my ones for sale on the shelf. The service lady there was lovely. She went out the back and saw if they had some spare old stock that would get me out of trouble. No charge and my window is fixed. I will be booking my van service soon. Thankyou so much.
Can’t thank Shane and the staff at donahues enough for the help with our caravan/car set up. We initially wanted a different tow bar as that’s what we thought we needed because our caravan was swaying when we towed it. Shane immediately knew what our problem was and told us our options. Now our caravan/car set up is perfect and the caravan tows beautifully. Can thank you guys enough.
