They insured a business I work for and dropped coverage on us in the middle of the week because we converted our operation into a safe recovery site (SRS) for those who may have come into contact with someone who tested positive for COVID, hard to do if you live in a dorm setting or have multiple roommates. Donegal dropped my father's insurance after the roof was damaged on his home and the basement flooded. My father's health declined and he passed away and I had to deal with them, horrible experience. I never did get reimbursed for spending money out of my pocket for the initial flooding. I would not recommend this business.
This was a great company as an employer. The staff is very attentive to detail and will be sure you have the coverage you need.
