Martin was our initial contact from Done Wright Heating & Air Conditioning Co. He was great- very professional, always kept in contact and helped us throughout the process to replace our old furnace and air conditioning units. The day of installation was with Martin. He was great as well- extremely efficient and did an awesome job. He had everything running smoothly, answered all our questions and left our home spotless. I would highly recommend them!

The technician did the maintenance/cleaning on our main heat/ac system and our mini-split system. He was very nice and polite and I especially like that he was on time and explained everything he did. We will continue using Done Wright and recommend them to others.
