I have used Ryan and his team many times on multiple projects. Ryan's crew is exceptional and always do a great job. He has handled multiple projects in our house including repair of drywall, kitchen backsplash and handyman projects. I feel comfortable giving Ryan a blanket project and know for a fact that he will be honest and will do a great job. Thanks to him and his outstanding team for supporting us in all our home projects.
Company does not communicate, even came out to bid project and still have to send multiple emails just to get a response. Do not seem reliable or trustworthy from my experience. EDIT: They did reach out to me after the fact to see what they could do to resolve the situation with the communication issues, which I do appreciate.
I would definitely ask them to come back and help me with another project. Everyone at Done to Spec was knowledgeable, professional, highly skilled at their craft and respectful. They listened to my suggestions and tried to complete the job with my interests in mind. In the end, I know Done to Spec has fixed the problem correctly.
I definitely had a 5 star experience with Done To Spec! In need of getting a very tricky sliding door fixed (slide into wall), backyard fence and patch work on walls, I turned to Done To Spec for assistance. I am so happy with the expert staff at Done to Spec. They are quick to respond to inquiries, and are very knowledgable about all things home-realted. Their prices are really reasonable, and they are professional. Finding a good handyman and remodel service isn't easy, but I am happy we have found one. Thank you Done to Spec!
