Been renting here for almost a year and haven’t had any complications at all. Nice secure place and great staff. Lost my keys and Lei was eager to help and called the property manager who had my unit open quick and easy and even provided me a new lock for free!
I also am making a side note to my review for the exceptional service I received from a particular employee, Lei is an asset to the company and was very helpful with the whole process., so thank you Lei!!!
I have rented plenty of storage units , but DONE Storage is by far the best so far, very friendly, good location, and communication with them is almost instantly. I would recommend this place to anyone! Jose
